How can I get a quote?
Please email [email protected] for a quote. You should include the names of the items you wish to order, the quantity of each item, and your shipping and billing addresses.

Can I place an order online?
You sure can! In fact, we prefer online orders. We accept MasterCard and Visa credit card payments for orders placed through our online store. Our online store uses the PCI-compliant Authorize.Net payment gateway to process your credit card information safely and securely, and we will never store your credit card information.

Can I use a purchase order?
Yes. You can submit purchase orders by emailing [email protected] or by selecting Purchase Order as your payment method on our online bookstore. You can also send a purchase order by fax to 1-877-206-3952. For faxes, please include a cover sheet with contact information so we can confirm receipt of your order. If you have not received a confirmation within 2–3 business days, please contact us here to verify your submission.

I have a credit on my account. How do I use it to place an order?
If you have been issued a credit on your account, you may email us a list of desired items, along with your preferred shipping address to place your order. If you know your credit memo number, it’s helpful to include that as well. If your credit does not cover the full cost of your purchase, you will need to provide supplementary payment via credit card or school/district purchase order.

Do you offer discounts?
We are pleased to offer a 10% discount whenever you buy five or more copies of most resources. (The Mindful Student items are not eligible for this discount.) Discounts are calculated automatically for online orders.

I’m placing an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization in Massachusetts. What’s the best way to do that?
Please email us at [email protected] and we will refund tax paid through our online store or place a tax-free order for you.


Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping for domestic orders of $75 or more.

When will my order arrive?
Most orders in the United States arrive 10–15 business days after the order is placed. Delivery time is subject to change based on a variety of factors including supply chain delays.


What is your return policy?
We stand by our products and hope you love them as much as we do, but if you need to make a return, we’re happy to help!

We only accept returns of current, saleable publications that were purchased directly from us. To request a return or replacement, fill out this form. Once we’ve received your request, we’ll be in touch about next steps.

General returns: Unused items in like-new condition may be returned up to 180 days (6 months) from the date of shipment for a full refund or a credit on account.

Damaged items: If you receive a damaged item, a Return Request form must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

How do I request a different text format for a learning accommodation?
Please complete and submit our permission request for accessible version of text form.

How do I request an examination/desk copy?
Professors who have adopted (or are considering adopting) Responsive Classroom publications for courses enrolling ten or more students can request complimentary examination/desk copies. Please complete and submit the Examination and Desk Copies form.

Can I order an out-of-print book?
Unfortunately, out-of-print books are not available for purchase.
