Clay Shouse

Clay Shouse joined the board in 2003. He has served on the Finance Committee.Clay began his career in education as a member of the staff for the District Six All-Male kindergarten, first, and second grade program in Greeley, Colorado. He was the former vice president of the High/Scope Educational Research Foundation, a nonprofit research, development, and training organization in Ypsilanti, Michigan. He joined the foundation in 1972 and took various roles, including serving as a consultant with High/Scope’s National Follow Through program and several international projects. He developed High/Scope’s Training of Trainers and Lead Teacher Training programs and was responsible for the foundation’s work with publications and outreach through professional development throughout the United States and abroad.Clay received his MA from the University of Northern Colorado.
