Keon Long

Keon Long joined the board in 2014. He has served on the Finance Committee. Keon is a Financial Advisor in Oak Park, IL, where he focuses on the needs of business owners, individuals, families, private foundations, and private retirement plans. Working closely with CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals, Keon helps clients determine the most appropriate financial strategies for their unique needs. Keon’s Edward Jones career began in 2012 as a Financial Advisor in Chicago, IL. In 2014, he opened and established a new Edward Jones branch in Oak Park, IL. In his first year as Financial Advisor, Keon received the coveted Ted Jones Award which recognizes first-year Financial Advisors who achieve high levels of success in their local communities. In 2015 and 2016, Keon received the Spirit of Partnership Awards and in 2018 he received the Client Development Award. Keon has a BA in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and an MBA and MDiv from North Park School of Business and Non-Profit Management and North Park Theological Seminary. He also has the Series 7 and Series 66 Securities Licenses and is registered in over 29 states.
