Neil Yeager

Neil Yeager has been on the board for nearly twenty years, and has served as Board Secretary.Neil has thirty years of experience as an organization development consultant. Currently, he is a managing director with the Charter Oak Consulting Group, where recent client engagements have focused on execu-tive leadership development through individual and team coaching, as well as custom course design and consultation in leadership, change management, and team development. Between consulting assignments, Neil spends time at The Seventh Prism Executive Retreat and Training Center on his farm in Montague, Massachusetts.Nationally known in the areas of career and organization development, Neil has written seven books in the field, including The Seventh Prism (2008), The Leader’s Window (1994 and 2001, with John Beck), The Career Doctor (1991), Power Interviews (with Lee Hough, 1990, 1998), and Career Map (1988).Neil holds a doctorate in organizational development from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
